1. Introduction Welcome to HushHour. Kory (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the mobile application HushHour - Pomodoro (Package Name: app.hushhour, hereinafter referred to as “Service”). Our Privacy Policy governs your use of HushHour, and explains how we collect, safeguard, process, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Our Terms & Conditions govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us.
2. Definitions SERVICE means the HushHour - Pomodoro mobile application operated by Kory. PERSONAL DATA means data about an individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession). USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a timer session). DATA CONTROLLER means a natural or legal person who determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are processed. • Anonymous User Identifier (UUID) to maintain your sync state and preferences.

In-App Purchase & Subscription Data When you subscribe or make in-app purchases, transaction and entitlement records are processed securely. We collect:

• Purchase timestamps, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and product identifiers (processed via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing). We do not store or collect your payment card or banking details directly.

Usage Data & Analytics We may collect diagnostic and interaction data automatically when you access and use the Service:

• Focus session logs (session start/end times, completed pomodoro intervals, tag statistics).
• Device and technical information (device model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers).
• In-app event metrics (screen views, button interactions, feature engagement).

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Pomodoro timer and focus tracking Service;
